On demand visits for acute illness or unexpected medical needs, regular medication management and refills, ordering and interpreting lab results, preventative tests and cancer screening.

Select either an annual retainer for all your outpatient medical needs that might arise or a per-visit structure if you prefer. 

If you feel you may need medications to help improve your mental wellbeing or adjustments to medications you are currently taking. Starting or trying a new medication can be a vulnerable and frightening time. I would be honored to partner with you in support of your mental health and am available for questions about medications, side effects, risks/benefits, and adjustments at anytime.

Substance use is a disease that takes a great deal of support and understanding for both patients and their family and friends. Treating substance use is not one-size-fits-all. I'm happy to offer support, counseling, prescription medication, facilitation of inpatient rehab, and managing co-morbid or confounding medical problems underlying ongoing substance abuse.

Hormone therapy is a primary component of treatment of many chronic issues including Menopause and Gender Dysphoria. If you feel hormone therapy may be right for you, want to discuss the risks and benefits, or desire maintenance or adjustments to your current hormone regimen, it would be my pleasure to support you in that important decision.

Your child's safe and trusting relationship with their doctor is an incredible stabilizing factor as they grow and mature. As family physician, I am fully trained in pediatrics, childhood development, and pediatric mental health. Unlike a traditional pediatrician, my expertise continues to support them as they mature from children to adults without the need to transition to a new doctor as they age.

Some children's need center around discussion of childhood vaccines and sports physicals. Other children require more complex and involved care, including specialists like physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, nutrition, etc. Delays in children receiving interventions to support their development can effect their growth potential, so identifying when additional support is appropriate and calling in those services early is a key component of family medicine. As you child's primary care provider, I also function as the center hub and organizer for any appropriate support your child needs.
