Making a baby is hard work! We all find our own footing in parenthood. There are as many different paths into parenthood as their are beautiful babies in the world. Your path is special and perfect--even if it's not a straight line.

Supporting families in their parenthood journey is a privilege and and honor that is close to my heart. This journey often starts years or decades before a baby is born and can feel very vulnerable. Regardless of how the path looks from the outside, the instant you make the decision to open your heart to a new life you become a parent.

Preconception Counseling

You may desire to discuss planning for future pregnancies, managing medical issues that effect pregnancy and fertility, or optimizing your current health for family planning.

Fertility, Trying to Conceive and Miscarriage Management

If you are experiencing this, my heart goes out to you. There is so much shame and blame when conception and pregnancy doesn't go as planned. I would be honored to support you to improve the chances of successful pregnancy and delivery.

Prenatal Care

Pregnancy is the longest and also the shortest 10 months. So much preparation and anticipation. So much change. You don't have to figure everything out on your own--you have the combined knowledge of all the mammas of the world. It's my honor to support you in navigating the changing landscape of your body, your hormones, and your babies needs.

Lactation Counseling and Well Child Checks

Talk about draining! However you feed your child, you are a wonderful parent and your little one is lucky to have you. If you are desiring to breastfeed (exclusively or in combination with offering pumped breast milk or formula) I would be honored to support you in that beautiful goal.

Labor and Delivery Support

Every pregnancy and delivery is different and special. There is no right way to come into this world and your baby's delivery will be a perfect conjunction of your plan and what your little ones needs as they step onto their own path. This exciting transition can be frightening if you are without the support and advocacy you need to understand the process and your choices. My first priority in any pregnancy and delivery is a healthy mom and a healthy baby. Within that context, It is my great joy to serve in activating and empowering every woman to tap into the most ancient wisdom within her body--making a life.
